The Land Pt. 2

This is a picture heavy post - really just for my own documentation.

So, at the top of that "little" drop off is the rest of our lot, where our house will sit. We were expecting approximately 70 feet of useable yard space from the back of our sun room. At present, there's approximately 5-10ft. Not ok, but I'm optimistic and want to give them the benefit of the doubt! That's about a 5 maybe 6ft sharp drop.

And this is the view to the left. They currently have a flat path all the way around the giant hole they dug to bury the rocks and excess of dirt. Scroll down further, I tried to take a panorama of the giant hole that they are now filling in. It looks greatly improved in comparison to the other day.

This is my attempt to take panoramic picture of the lower part of our lot and other lots, to show and document progress on the giant hole in the back. It still needs a lot of fill, but it looks SO much better than it did already. Again - keeping hopeful!

This is the view from the top of the steep part of our lot, the production manager seems to think we can take the lot down another foot or two, which would help with the drop off greatly, It looks like someone started then stopped. Not sure why.
